I am 13 years old and I found that I have like a purplish glob of what looks to be veins in my scrotum. I’ve heard they are bad and harmless. Is it normal that it happens during puberty? Please Help!!!!!

I was wondering if a male has a scrotum that is positioned front to back instead of side to side if it can cause infertility? And are there many men with this condition?
