Men have an easier time reproducing after the transplant because men naturally are always producing new sperm. For women, it fries all the eggs, as well as damages the uterus. But, of course, testing is the only way to find out.
Yes, $75-100 is correct. I had one done several months ago. Some insurance plans will cover it.
