Is it possible to be tested for Infertility?

My main question is,

is it possible- to be tested to see if you may be infertile in the future, but are firtile now? or a test to see if your Fertility is decreasing or something?

or is it an all or nothing kind of deal?

    you can go get tested, but as you get older you can lose some of your fertility
