Is there a Depo-Provera lawsuit regarding infertility?
I have been off of the shot for 6 years. Since being off of the shot, my periods came back heavier and more painful than before. My hormones are out of whack and for three years my Fiance’ and I have not been able to conceive. I have read several websites with hundreds of women who have the same issues. Does anyone know if there is a class action lawsuit regarding infertility? If not, why isn’t there one?

If there isn’t one find a lawyer you like and trust to help your claim. However before this go get a pap smear and get checked out with your doctor and maybe even get a 2nd opinion. Whatever happens with the doctors bring everything to your lawyer.
You know i got upset over the depo shot too, cos I went to doc with frequent period issues and he suggested the shot cos "it is exactly like the pill," were his words and then I researched on net to see if there are any symptoms as I was having headaches. Sure enough I read the same stuff you did, I only wanted to be on contraception for 6 more months as me and my partner are planning to start trying to concieve mid next year. Now tht I have read all of this and have seen my other doc I’ve decided just to stop taking all contraceptives and just see what faith has in store for us. Doc told me I might fall preg in the next 12 months but only about 80 percent do…..I hope you fall preg soon.
