Is it true that soy can cause infertility?
I have heard that eating high leveles of soy can lead to infertility in women. Is this true, because I am a new vegetarian and I plan to eat alot of soy as a proten supplement.

No. If that were true I wouldn’t birth control.

As the protein supplement, vegetarians still eat food from animals, i.e. eggs and milk. If you were vegan then I wouldn’t know what to tell you. The infertility, I have no clue, ask a professional.
