		<description>This is an excellent question.  Generally speaking, a &quot;front to back&quot; scrotum as you say should not lead to infertility unless there are some internal structrual differences as well leading to lower sperm counts and decreased ejaculation volume.

One thing that has been documented is that testicles held close to the body (tightie whities) could lead to infertility due to the temperature being too warm for sperm survival (this is why the testicles hang!)
