What specific herbs are used to help with infertility?
I am going to see an acupuncturist and would like to know which herbs are recommended and if anyone out there has any experience with taking herbs for infertility.

There are a number of different herbs that may be used but its important to realize that an acupuncturist will most likely recommend herbs that are suitable for you, your personality, your state of health, your age, your sex, etc. In other words, a holistic practitioner usually recommends treatments based on You, not the disease or problem. That is the premise of holistic health.
An acupuncturist may decide your infertility stems from factors in your liver, for instance, and give you herbs for that. Once the liver is working more effectively, your body’s reproductive efficiency may increase. Often fertility is the first system to become weakened if your immune system is dealing with issues in other survival-necessary organs. Address that issue, and you may regain normal function.
This is what makes a holistic practitioner so helpful in promoting fertility (and overall health!).

I’m not sure which herbs she took but my sister got pregnant in one month after starting acupuncture treatments for infertility. (They’d tried invitro several times to no avail.)
