What should my husband expect during his first infertility doctor visit?
My husband has an appointment with an infertility specialist in a couple of weeks and he has never been to see one. What is the process during the visit and what should he expect. Thanks

they will ask him a bunch of questions. Play with his balls and give him a magazine to look at and tell him to pull it and cum in a cup and that should do it.

First he will have to provide semen sample. Most clinics provide sterile cups or kits (for intercourse). He can make appointment and bring the sample within one hour to the clinic (has to be body temperature). Many clinics do not give you magazine or room. He will have to go to bathroom and dry masturbate… They will evaluate his sperm count and motility… Then he will have blood test. If there is something wrong with his sperm they will order testicle X -ray. The first appointment is usually paperwork and the sperm sample.
