what are some ways to ensure permanent infertility or sterilization?

I am 31 & my husband is 34 & i am trying to get pregnant for the past 2 yrs. Actually, after the 1st year i went in for all the usual tests & found my right tube was dialated, so i went for a laproscopy to clear it. My husband’s sperm count is within the average range.After the operation, i was asked to try for 2 months & if i didnt get pregnant, then I was advised to go for IUI,but i feel if everything is ok, do i have to go in for the IUI? Can anyone suggest any other alternative?

I heard alcohol and caffeine consumption helps lessen the risk of conception, so I’m on the right track. But are there any supplements that are known to decrease a woman’s fertility? I already have an IUD, but it never hurts to play it safe. I do not care about the possibility of being permanently unable to bear children; that would actually be a plus. Also a plus are things that raise the risk of miscarriage if one of those parasites manage to make it to implantation. Thanks

How long can PID go untreated before it causes infertility in women?

I just got my belly button pierced and it doesnt seem like it’s going to get infected but I’m still a little worried. My friend seems to be convinced that if it gets infected it can cause me to be infertile. Apparently a belly button infection can mess up your umbilical cord area. Is this true ?

if you have endomitrioses and you don’t get any of the treatments (i.e birth control, surgeries etc..) can it cause permanent infertility say if you were to wait a while for treatment?
I know it causes infertility at first, unless you treat it, but if you know you have it and wait to take any action on tratment can the infertiity be more permanent?
